Colossal Creations Competition Entry Form

Complete your details and click submit. Your name, postal address and email are all required. You must also choose your age group from the dropdown list. Then upload a maximum of 3 images, and you’re done! When you click submit, you will receive an email to confirm your entry has been received.



  1. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Only one entry is accepted per person.
  3. The competition commences at 9am 4 October 2021 and closes at 5pm on 5 November 2021. No entries will be accepted outside of these dates.
  4. To enter the promotion you must complete your details and competition requirements in full. Incomplete or incorrect entries will not be considered.
  5. All entries must be submitted online via the Competition Form hosted on the Museum website.
  6. The winners will be announced on 9 November 2021. The winners will be notified by email or post. If an ineligible entry is drawn or a winner is unable to be contacted, that winner will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and a re-draw will take place. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
  8. The Museum reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.
  9. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the competition organiser using their details and photographs for promotional and media publicity purposes.
