About this objectThis figurine is of the head of a bearded man wearing a tall pointed cap. He has a simple, almost square beard, and the detail in the hair is indistinct. The eyes have outlined detail.
The figurine is made from an orange-buff clay, and is likely to be from Cyprus. The surface of the piece is worn, and the mould used to cast it would also have been well worn.
