Careers in Heritage is back again in 2025!
This is an event designed to encourage students to consider the heritage sector as a career option and give them inspiring and practical information about the wide variety of roles and different pathways into the sector. This event has been running since 2021 and has featured a wide range of heritage, arts and culture professionals.
Each year we invite up to 10 speakers to talk about what they do, how they got into their roles, and what experiences or qualifications they found helpful along the way. There is an opportunity to share afternoon tea with the speakers, to chat informally and ask questions.
This year Careers in Heritage will be held on Monday 5 August, in the TSB space, Level 1, Tūranga, Christchurch City Central Library. Details of speakers and information about how to book tickets will be coming soon.
